The day is a gift – it’s the perfect time to remember the progress that’s been made on gender equality, to shed some light on everything that still needs to be done and to recognize those who’ve helped to inch the bar to benefit everyone.

Together, we can to begin to undo the culture of perfection. Combining that with building sisterhood lets girls know that they can be and create anything.

Its up to us to ensure equal opportunity for future generations. Make the commitment and take the time to mentor and encourage younger women and minorities, and consciously foster inclusion. The tide is turning, lets fill the glass!
