Joseph Bradley is chief operations officer for the Cisco Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), the company’s global consulting organization, in charge of research, economics, communications, and operations. He is responsible for transforming Cisco IBSG's customer relationships, scaling business solutions, and communicating business messages.

Bradley has produced several thought-leadership papers for Cisco IBSG, including his most recent work on the importance of Value-Based Decision Making in today’s business environment.

Prior to joining Cisco, Bradley was CFO and senior vice president, shared services for C3 and general manager of the Data Communications Group at AT&T. He earned an economics degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
