Jill Shaul created and manages the Cisco Services Customer Engagement Program. A 12-year Cisco veteran, Jill has experience in product marketing, industry marketing, and marketing communications. Prior to working for Cisco, she worked in public relations and advertising.
Jill has her BA from American University in Washington DC. There she majored in Communications.
Jill lives north of Boston with her husband and two daughters. She has her black belt in kung fu, enjoys knitting (but misses swords), competes in the BBQ circuit, and is working towards a personal coaching certification. In her free time, Jill likes to do absolutely nothing (ala Peter Gibbons).
