Mary Schlegelmilch joined Cisco as Business Development Manager for Education in 2011. She has extensive knowledge in distance learning and online learning, and is dedicated to education and the integration of technology that will empower and engage teaching and learning environments.

Prior to her current role at Cisco, Mary worked with elementary and secondary students in both rural and urban schools in a number of roles. She has been an early childhood educator, a middle school science teacher, a district curriculum facilitator, and an elementary school principal, and has served as the eLearning Supervisor in charge of online, blended, and distance education for Omaha Public Schools.

Schlegelmilch is also on the board of the Nebraska Distance Learning Association.
