Jacqueline Guichelaar leads Customer Experience in Asia Pacific. Guichelaar was previously Cisco’s Group Chief Information Officer, leading the multi-billion-dollar organization responsible for running and transforming the technology infrastructure, digital platforms, enterprise security, and business applications that enable Cisco’s global workforce to excel and be productive. She spearheaded creation of a digital architecture to accelerate Cisco’s digital enterprise transformation. For the past 20 years, she has held critical roles as CIO, CTO, and COO at global companies. Guichelaar is now helping customers transform their businesses through Cisco's broad portfolio of hardware, software, and services. She has a strong operational background focused on bringing data to the center of business decisions and transforming organizations to align to business strategy and customer needs. She has boundless energy, a sharp intellect, and is an authentic, effective motivator who embraces large challenges. Guichelaar was named to the HITEC 100 for 2022 and 2023, ALPFA’s 2021 Most Powerful Latinas list, and Latino Leaders magazine’s 2021 Top 100 Most Influential Latinas and was named to Fast Company’s Queer50 in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
