Rajan has more than 20 years of leadership experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Services & Engineering in the technology space. As Vice President of Customer Experience, Rajan leads Product Management, Compliance and buying programs for Cisco's $10B+ Support Services portfolio. Prior to Cisco, Rajan was at VCE as the VP of Product Management & Marketing and helped grow VCE's converged infrastructure business to $2Billion+ before VCE's acquisition by EMC/Dell Technologies. Between 2008 and 2013, Rajan was responsible for product management & marketing for Cisco's Data Center Switching Nexus portfolio and was instrumental in growing the business from inception to $1 Billion in 4 years. Rajan joined Cisco in 2008 through the company's acquisition of Nuova Systems, where he was leading the company's Product management & marketing for their networking products. Rajan also led the Services portfolio development for the startup Atrica which was acquired by Nokia Siemens Networks in 2007. Prior to this, Rajan held several product management and engineering leadership roles in Cisco between 1996 and 2006. Rajan has M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
