As Global Director of the Worldwide Learning Partner Channel, Andres Sintes leads the team responsible for the channel and sales management of Cisco’s Authorized Learning Partner program which provides training coverage for Cisco channel partners and customers worldwide. Sintes’ group is chartered with accelerating the success of Cisco’s architectures and solutions by positioning Authorized Learning Partners as business enablers and positive influencers with Cisco end-customers and all partner types. Under Sintes’ leadership the Learning Partner market reach has grown by 30% with many new Learning Partners serving countries throughout emerging markets and Asia Pacific. With the FY12 evolution of the Cisco Learning Partner program – which will focus Learning Partner depth and capabilities -- Sintes is aligning the Worldwide Learning Partner Channel with Cisco’s technology architectures strategy.
Sintes joined Cisco in 1998 driving incremental business within Cisco Mexico’s Commercial segment serving as Senior Manager and furthered the growth of Cisco’s market penetration throughout Americas International. He later took on responsibilities in Singapore with a promotion to Director, Asia Pacific and Japan Inside Sales Group during which he worked in close alignment with Asia Pacific and Japan’s senior leadership teams to establish, build and manage the Inside Sales organizations in both theaters.
Prior to his tenure at Cisco, Sintes managed accounts for South Hills Datacomm/BlackBox, a multi-national corporation engaged in the sale and distribution of networking products in the United States, Asia and Latin America markets.
Sintes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master of International Business Administration from Florida International University.
