Alexandra Zagury is a seasoned global sales leader known for her prowess in building and driving growth across diverse markets. With a career spanning continents, she has pioneered new business ventures, led multi-disciplinary sales teams, and forged strategic partnerships to deliver innovative technology solutions. Currently, Alexandra leads the Cisco/Splunk Partner Integration Centre and is responsible for orchestrating the integration of Cisco's $28B acquisition into the Partner sales organization. The objective is to harness the collective strengths of Cisco and Splunk's partner ecosystems, with a focus on driving growth through channel and technology synergies. Previously, Alexandra served as Vice President of Cisco's Partner Managed and as-a-Service Sales organization, where she built and spearheaded the $9B+ partner managed business for the pivot to cloud and as-a-service. Under her leadership, her team set industry benchmarks for the MSP operating model, driving meaningful outcomes for partners and customers. In prior roles at Cisco, Alexandra led sales transformation efforts and was the COO for the Global Specialist Sales organization, enhancing operational capabilities across 10 technology specializations. As Vice President of Global Collaboration Sales Organization (GCSO), she drove sales for Cisco's Collaboration portfolio and empowered global seller and partner communities. Additionally, as Managing Director, EMEAR Channel Sales, she fostered innovative strategic partnerships to drive sales across key routes-to-market. Before her tenure at Cisco, Alexandra held executive positions at BlackBerry and Yahoo, where she oversaw sales, product, and marketing responsibilities across EMEA, the UK, Africa, and Turkey. Prior to her current role, Alexandra ran the sales transformation of Cisco’s 7,000-person Global Specialist organization—devising the strategy and building critical operational capabilities across ten technology specializations at Cisco. As vice president of Global Collaboration Sales Organization (GCSO), she was responsible for driving sales for Cisco’s Collaboration portfolio and enabling Cisco's global seller and partner communities. She has held numerous sales leadership roles at Cisco, with responsibility for Global IT Service Provider and Channel Sales for EMEAR. Prior to Cisco, Alexandra held executive roles at BlackBerry and Yahoo with sales and marketing responsibility for the United Kingdom and Ireland, Africa and Turkey. She has a proven track record for starting up, managing and scaling businesses across the globe in the mobile, telecom, internet, financial services and IT industries. She's known for her ability to create and execute strategy while ensuring operational excellence and delivering on targets. Alexandra has worked, lived and delivered results in more than ten countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, North America and Latin America. She speaks four languages and graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Management.
