Alistair Wildman as Senior Vice President of Cisco Customer Experience (CX), leads a 20,000-strong team who helps customers transform, differentiate, and accelerate their business value through a broad portfolio of software, subscription, and lifecycle services. His career in technology spans more than 20 years leading software, sales, and customer experience organizations. Prior to his current role, Alistair was Senior Vice President of the Cisco CX Europe, Middle, East & Africa (EMEA) organization, and more recently for CX AMERICAS. He has also held executive positions at technology stalwarts such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and VMware. Alistair is an active advocate for diversity and equity in the workplace and is the global executive sponsor for Cisco’s emerging talent community. He is also the Cisco executive sponsor for Deutsche Telekom, Mass General Brigham, and TD Bank. Alistair is an Information Technology graduate of Leeds Beckett University, UK.
