As Vice President of Global Market Development, Cassie Roach creates sales strategies for early maturity markets, unlocking profitability and delivering successful customer outcomes. A thought leader, she leans into market transitions, driving growth, innovation, and initiatives supporting Cisco’s purpose to power an inclusive future for all. Cassie and her team establish go-to-market strategies solving customer business imperatives such as hybrid work, modernizing infrastructure, improving sustainability, and identifying public funding sources. Cassie has held various cross-segment leadership roles and built high-performing teams. She has extensive experience developing global sales models, leading organizational transformation, and driving large-scale and incremental business growth. Most recently, Cassie led Cisco’s $15B Global Public Sector segment at Cisco, heading go-to market strategy and execution for transformational growth. Cassie is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is a regional Executive Sponsor for Women of Cisco. Skilled at cultivating future leaders, she promotes and mentors lifelong learning and a growth mindset. She engages in her community as the Board Chair for the Colorado Literacy and Learning Center and former Board Chair for Orton Academy. Cassie holds a bachelor’s degree in political and social science from Michigan State University.
