Global Partner Sales

As Vice President of Cloud and AI Infrastructure for Global Partner Sales, Cassie Roach is responsible for driving Cisco’s partner artificial intelligence (AI) strategy. In this role, she strengthens and enables Cisco’s global ecosystem of partners to unify and scale Cloud and AI routes to market. Cassie’s organization is focused on accelerating partners’ growth opportunities and achieving customer outcomes by delivering data center networking, cloud, and compute technology via software and solutions. Together, Cisco and our partners will support our customers on their AI journey—from identifying the right solutions for their business needs to accelerating their adoption of AI and achieving business outcomes. Cassie’s role builds on her extensive experience developing global sales models that empower customers to leverage emerging technology. Previously, as global Vice President of Sales for Cisco’s Acceleration & Action Office, Cassie led the go-to-market strategies for AI, Sustainability, and Market Access. She is an experienced sales leader having led teams in Enterprise, Service Provider, and Public Sector at Cisco. She is known for developing global strategy and collaborating across geographies for effective local execution. Cassie is an advocate of Cisco’s purpose to power an inclusive future for all. She is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and is skilled at building high-performing teams and cultivating future leaders. Within Cisco, Cassie is an executive sponsor for the country of Indonesia, the City and County of Denver, and a regional executive sponsor for the Women of Cisco network. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in political and social science from Michigan State University and she attended the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. Cassie resides in Colorado where she and her family enjoy the many outdoor activities the mountains have to offer.
