Adele leads Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) EMEA organisation, which she’s responsible for 6,000 employees, 120,000 customers, 12,000 partners. It includes professional and support services, customer success and renewals teams who, alongside ecosystem partners, deliver business solutions throughout a customer lifecycle for increased time-to-value and high return on technology investment Prior to this role, Adele led the Customer Experience organisation across MEA and before that Cisco’s Advanced Service delivery organisation for EMEA with responsibility for regional strategy and P&L, her key areas of focus were delivery excellence, workforce transformation, and cross-country collaboration. Adele has over 20 years’ technology sector experience and a strong track record in orchestrating large-scale, transformational programs for key customers. Prior to joining Cisco, she held leadership roles at DXC Consulting, a company formed by the combination of CSC Consulting, HPE Enterprise Services and IBM. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMA) and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, and an MBA from Henley Business School. Adele also has been awarded two patents in security technology. A strong proponent of sustainability and a steadfast advocate for women in technology, Adele serves as the Global CX Lead for Sustainability as well as the CX Global Exec sponsor for Diversity Global Co-Lead of Women of Cisco.
