Before her current role, Adele led Cisco’s Advanced Service Delivery organization for EMEA, overseeing regional strategy, P&L, delivery excellence, workforce transformation, and cross-country collaboration. She previously held executive leadership roles at IBM and DXC Consulting, leading multi-billion-dollar P&L portfolios and global transformation initiatives. With 25+ years in tech, Adele is a Certified Management Consultant (CMA) with AI certification, bringing deep technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic foresight. She holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and an MBA from Henley Business School. A two-time patent holder in security technology, she continues to drive cutting-edge innovation. Adele also serves on the advisory boards of government and industry associations, shaping global policies and AI-driven strategies that define the future of digital transformation. A passionate advocate for diversity, sustainability, and women in technology, Adele spearheaded The Opportunity Platform, providing life-changing apprenticeship opportunities for displaced individuals across EMEA.
