The event is all about our customers and partners. For our customers, we will provide you with the latest and greatest information you need for a faster time to value. For our partners, it is all about deeper collaboration – and I am delighted to share our CX Booth space with our partners this year.

We are more aligned than ever, especially following a very successful Partner Summit in Miami and our Better Together campaign, which is ramping up as we arm partners to be successful while making sure our customers get the outcomes they need. We have a few more surprises up our sleeves, and I assure you, you won’t be disappointed!

The lineup this year is super exciting, and our theme, ‘Jump into the future. Together.’ couldn’t be more apt. It underscores the significance of shared experiences and mutual growth and emphasizes that Cisco Live EMEA is not merely a gathering, but a convergence of minds dedicated to transforming together and shaping a better future.

So, what’s in store at Cisco Live EMEA 2024? Here’s a sneak preview:

On Monday 5 February, we have a whole day specially dedicated to our Partners, and I am delighted to be invited to co-host Partner Day with my good friend and colleague José Van Dijk, VP, Business Operations.

On Tuesday 6 February, I will join Oliver Tuszik, President, Cisco EMEA; Jonathan Davidson, EVP & GM, Cisco Networking; Jeetu Patel, EVP & GM, Security & Collaboration; Liz Centoni, EVP, Chief Strategy Officer & GM, Applications; and Fletcher Previn, SVP & Chief Information Officer in our Let’s Go Keynote. You will hear directly from one of our customers about how we are helping them transform.

CX will also be front and center in many Product and Strategy Overview (PSO) sessions throughout the week, where we will discuss how Cisco Lifecycle Services can help deliver new and better business outcomes — faster than ever.

Sustainability will also dominate the theme this year, as more and more businesses are seeing Sustainability as a business imperative not just an add-on. To quote our CEO Chuck Robbins, “Sustainability has taken on a new level of prioritization” for customers and partners the world over. Our Sustainability Zone will no doubt be buzzing. I can tell you it will be a must-see! Sustainability will be a key topic in Innovation Talks, PSO sessions, and Lightning Talks throughout the week. Check out the full schedule.

I am pleased to partner with Dave Malik, Cisco Fellow, CTO and Chief Architect, who will join me to discuss Accelerating your Sustainability Outcomes for a Greener Future. We will unveil for the first time some interesting results from an EMEA-wide Sustainability survey of 750 decision-makers, which we conducted with IDC. In another session, we will show you how to assess the maturity of your technology capabilities to fast-track your Sustainability journey.

In today’s fast-evolving technological landscape, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a game-changer, revolutionizing industries, and transforming the way we work and the way we live. We can’t wait to show you how we are using AI, and how we can embark on a journey into the world of AI together.

In our CX innovation session, we will have a candid discussion about Security Operations Center (SOC) innovation and tell you how CX can help you transform your SOC to ensure security resilience.

Our Heroes Unveiled

As always at Cisco Live, we celebrate the remarkable things that you do with your technology investment with our Customer Hero Awards. These customer heroes all come from a pool of nominees highlighting the excellence of our customer base while showing you how CX has helped them succeed. The nominees go through a rigorous judging process. This year, we are delighted to be announcing the winners live at the event in celebration of all the hard work customers like you have put in, along with the trust and investment in Cisco.
