Global & Strategic Partner Organization
Rick Snyder leads Cisco’s Global and Strategic Partner Organization within the Global Sales Operations group. He is responsible for revenue acceleration and global management of Cisco’s global system integrators and ecosystem partners, and he is also responsible for the execution of Cisco’s global ISV initiative.
Snyder’s team manages global system integrators partnerships with Accenture, DiData, IBM, CSC, Fujitsu, Logicalis, TCS, WiPro, and HCL. Key ecosystem partnerships managed by his team include Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, NetApp, EMC, VMware, VCE, Red Hat, Citrix, HDS, Apple, Google, Samsung, RIM, BMC, CA and Intel. His organization oversees the development and execution of joint solutions, and the acceleration of go-to-market plans with these valued partners. Additionally, Snyder’s team is implementing a global initiative designed to drive revenue to and through the growing ISV community.
Snyder is a member of Cisco’s Enterprise Business Council, and serves on the Data Center and Virtualization Board. Previously at Cisco, Snyder led the TelePresence Video Sales organization as Vice President of Global Business. He was responsible for sales of Cisco TelePresence video solutions in market segments including U.S. service providers, global enterprises, and global services. He came to Cisco with the acquisition of Tandberg and was the executive sponsor at Tandberg overseeing its integration with Cisco. Snyder also served as President of Global Business and President of the Americas for Tandberg.
Previously, Snyder was CEO of ReView Video/Westcon, a distributor of value-added conferencing solutions and services. He spent five years in the enterprise networking business at Williams Communications/NextiraOne, where he held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Distribution.
