Jami Stewart is the Vice President of CX Centers Americas at Cisco. She leads a team of 6500+ employees and partners dedicated to applying technical excellence to simplify digital transformations for customers. Her 25-year career at Cisco spans across Technical Services, Operations, HR, Strategic Planning and Customer Experience. She is obsessed with fixing problems, is a strong advocate for people development, and has a passion for a work environment supporting full spectrum diversity. She believes in a world where technology levels the playing field between people of all races, geographies and economic status. Jami received a Major in Psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. She currently lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband Joe.
