Grimt Habtemariam is currently the Director of Global Routes to Market Acceleration. She and her team are responsible for developing, incubating, and accelerating Cisco’s revenue growth through new Routes to Market. Grimt previously led Sales Strategy and Execution for Cisco’s Global Enterprise Sales Organization, and Business Development for Cisco’s US Public Sector Sales Organization. Grimt's career has been focused on helping organizations and ecosystem partners improve their competitive posture, deliver new value, and leverage technology to transform their operation. In her 15+ years career spanning high tech, startup, and consulting, Grimt has developed a track record of building high performing teams, developing and executing sales strategies that deliver sustained revenue growth, and capturing market transitions. Grimt holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Meredith College and an MBA from Duke University. She currently resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and children.
