Frank Lynn leads product marketing for Cisco support offers including Smart Net Total Care, Solution Support, Software Support and managed service offers. He has a global team that is tasked with educating customers on how to get the most value from their Cisco products and solutions, and to help them better understand their support options. Frank has held many leadership roles at Cisco including leading the services sales enablement team, data center product marketing, and creating the Collaboration (Webex) security marketing practice. He led services marketing at EMC’s Enterprise Content Division where he helped customers transition to the cloud. He also led Professional Services Marketing at ServiceNow, where he co-created and branded ServiceNow HealthScan – a tool that helps customers get the most from their ServiceNow software instance and prepares them for upgrades. He is a technology evangelist who enjoys creating videos with product experts and simplifying complex technologies. Frank holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Chico State University.
