Fernando Mousinho leads product management for Cisco’s multibillion-dollar Unified Communications Technology Group. He is responsible for driving growth in Cisco’s core voice and video portfolios, enabling enterprises to take advantage of cloud-based collaboration solutions that work in unison with their on-premises assets.

Fernando drives product strategy and direction, allocating investments that balance customer satisfaction, growth opportunities, and profitability optimization. His product management team is accountable for software and hardware products, on premise, cloud and hybrid architectures, and unified communications device industrial design and user experience.

Passionate about solving business problems, delivering innovation and ensuring customer satisfaction, Fernando has held different engineering, sales and marketing positions associated with IP Telephony, Contact Center and video conferencing solutions throughout his 15+ year career.

Fernando graduated as an Electronic Engineer in Brazil. As much as he likes his work, the most important thing in his life are his wife and kids. They live together in the Dallas area.
