What an incredible week in San Diego at Cisco Live 2019! I had the opportunity meet with many partners, analysts and press throughout the event. Their collective feedback reaffirms that our strategy to help partners perform and transform is resonating and makes sense.

I really enjoyed my time on-stage at Partner Xperience with John Moses, the new VP of the Americas Partner Organization as well as the candid fireside chat with Amy Chang, Cisco’s SVP of the Collaboration Technology Group who shared her vision for “Cognitive Collaboration.”

Overall, as with all Cisco Live events, I loved the energy, information, and opportunity to give back to the San Diego community at the Social Impact Zone. A special thanks to Amber Greviskes for her incredible dedication and compassion.

And, of course, there’s always news that directly affects our partners, and last week was no exception. In fact, we had exciting announcements around:

I highly recommend reading Nirav Sheth’s blog We all make possible together for more insight on those four areas. Nirav does a great job explaining just what those announcements mean to partners. You can also get in-depth information from Cherie Caldwell on Collaboration, Andres Sintes on IoT and Dave Gronner on Security.

And be sure to check out our new SuccessHub, which is now global and provides a streamlined view to enhance your learning experience. The new site provides up-to-date information about partner practice building, our Customer Experience (CX) Portfolio, trainings, programs and resources.

As I said, what a week! But that only covers a small portion. Watch this video for a quick recap, including feedback I’m hearing from partners all over the world, how that feedback helps us all perform and transform, and takeaways from Partner Xperience at Cisco Live:

As always, let me know what you think. Your feedback helps shape where we go. With that in mind, I welcome your thoughts in the comments section below.
