They are focused on developing compelling offers to drive recurring revenue for Cisco. Under Tony’s leadership, the team has reimagined the experience customers and partners have when engaging with Cisco technology. The CX Success Tracks suite of services digitally connect customers with the right expertise, insights and learning at the right time, accelerating time to value of their technology investments. These benefits are accessed through the CX Cloud, a single digital interface that provides a personalized, use-case guided approach that speeds achievement of defined business outcomes, across architectures. Prior to joining Cisco, Tony served as the senior vice president for Success Cloud Product Management & Innovation at Salesforce. Earlier, he co-founded a successful social business platform venture and served as chief architect for eGain Communications.
