Rachael McBrearty is Chief Creative in Cisco Consulting Services.  As we move into the next phase of the Internet, the Internet of Everything (IoE), organizations need to rethink and redefine the ways they leverage technology to deliver value to consumers, patients and citizens. McBrearty specializes in the design of next-generation customer experiences, using technology to connect customers to employees and to each other, enabling real-time interactions throughout the customer journey. Under her direction, McBrearty’s team has achieved some milestone accomplishments, including the first implementation of a multi-channel remote expert, personalized interactive signage and the development of new retail big data services made possible through IoE technology advances.
