ChallengeCisco’s first company-wide innovation challenge, which disrupted all job functions and geographies, attracted widespread interest outside the company. Inquiries from innovation pros, articles in Network World, podcasts with the Human Capital Institute and Innovation Leader, and invitations to share best practices all ask:

How did we do it? What key factors drive an innovation program that improves employee engagement? How can internal innovation boost the value of customer solutions?

Every organization in our digital age craves fast, new ways to ignite internal innovation. Moreover, the goal is always the same: inspire employees to tap into their own passions and create game-changers for customers.  The road map for this disruptive journey often takes different directions.

I would like to share our method. These are the foundational building blocks to launch an innovation disruption of your own that blankets an entire enterprise – big or small, public or private.  One that engages all employees. One that transforms a large company into one that moves faster, with a startup culture of entrepreneurs. One that unleashes the next big thing.

This is the first of a three-part series that focuses on nine building blocks that made our inaugural company-wide innovation program so rewarding.  Nearly 50 per cent of Cisco’s 72,000-person workforce engaged in the challenge. Teams from 50 countries generated 1,100 ideas.  We found that the Innovate Everywhere Challenge for all employees opens up another critical dimension in our portfolio of ongoing innovation programs.

First Building Block:  Tap into your community network
Irrespective of your innovation program, you must first spend time to discover and activate a grassroots network of innovation activists and advocates. From the top down.  You do not have to develop this community from scratch. In fact, this community already exists in any organization, whether it is big or small. Too often, however, planners often overlook or forget them due to shifting company priorities and politics. You just need to ferret them out, connect with them, listen to them and learn from them.

At Cisco, we forged relationships with “co-conspirators” in 16 organizations, many of which had their own innovation programs.

By design, this community should have a diverse mix of polished corporate go-getters and “outliers.” These are people who like to “get their hands dirty” with new, problem-solving ideas. Look for allies in every function, whether HR, marketing, sales, or engineering who question authority, and exude a “startup mentality.” They might be the company’s mavericks, troublemakers, pioneers, and agitators who dream big and do things differently.  Of course, this network of people can be fragmented in disparate functions. They do not always see eye-to-eye, and might compete with each other. Some might have siloed views. It is your job to bring these folks together under a common vision.

And let the outside in. Do not be afraid to invite experts outside your company into the community. You will be surprised how many people are willing to open up and share their experience. They bring in fresh perspectives on everything from Lean Startup methodologies to insights on market trends.  Polished corporate consultants have a lot of wisdom, but entrepreneurs with street credibility are equally important. Look for people who have challenged the norm and risked everything to start something new.

Do not be afraid to bring in people with competing points of views and different methodologies. Innovation is all about welcoming competition in open environments with different points of view. You can learn from each other. Also, think of your community as champions, mentors or coaches. They should reflect a diversity of people from varying grade levels and fields who, at a moment’s notice, teams can tap to overcome challenges around technology, business problems, processes or other roadblocks.

Once launched, make sure you relentlessly continue to grow and strengthen your innovation community. Build platforms where champions, mentors, coaches and teams can inter-connect. Have a beer together. Throw a party. Most importantly – listen and stay in touch. If you do your job right, this growing community helps to co-champion disruptive change, overcome pockets of bureaucracy and resistance and break down siloes created by politics.

Second Building Block:  Align with corporate priorities. Cisco values and encourages innovation as part of our culture. Innovation has been in Cisco’s DNA since it was founded 30 years ago. However, we do not innovate for innovation’s sake. Our goal is to create amazing products, solutions and services that deliver leapfrog value to customers and partners. In essence, to be successful, you need structure and focus – even in innovation.

As a result, we wanted to make sure that our inaugural company-wide innovation program aligned with our corporate priorities. While we gamified the Innovate Everywhere Challenge to make it a fun experience, it was not an exercise in freewheeling imagination.

tableWe incorporated flexibility and discipline into our guidelines. Flexibility that we would evaluate all entries. Discipline that all entries should focus on Cisco’s strategic priorities.  For example, inspired by Mark Randall, Chief Strategist, VP of Creativity, Adobe Systems, we published a Table of Strategic Innovation Elements to guide our employees. The table addressed key markets, technologies, and disruptive business models. Again, bring the outside world in – the world does not always revolve around your company. Highlight industry successes and failures, startups and competitors. We did just that and had plenty of examples of key verticals, technologies, and business models to focus and inspire our employees.

Most importantly, focus your employees on solving customer problems with innovations that disrupt markets – rapidly. Think Uber, Netflix or Tesla. In today’s digital world of accelerated change, organizations no longer have the luxury of years or even months to develop and deliver new products, solutions or services.  Disrupt or be disrupted.

Also, make sure employees prioritize innovations that reduce costs, streamline processes or improve performance. In plain English, this means making a bigger impact on the customer and your own company with outcomes that are faster, leaner, and just better.  No matter your business, there is always room for improvement. By getting your employees to think outside of the box beyond their day jobs, you empower them and create a true culture of innovation. That is what matters the most.

Third Building Block:  Secure Executive Commitment. Executive commitment may be the cornerstone of any company-wide innovation program, because, if you do your job right, the results can be highly disruptive to the culture. So, get your air cover. Without executive champions, especially the CEO and head of HR, such an ambitious cultural transformation will not survive the naysayers. Without their backing, you will not have the credibility or clout to convince employees that the disruption is not just the latest “initiative du jour.” If your top executives will not endorse the idea, it probably is not worth pursuing.

How do you do get buy-in at the top? First, you must already have the passion and confidence to risk putting your reputation on the line—and theirs. You need to know beforehand which executives are willing to risk their reputations on such a big and bold plan, and engage with them first. Fortunately, at Cisco, our “People Deal” manifesto and accompanying “My Innovation” program already commit to helping employees develop their entrepreneurial strengths. This made it relatively easy to engage incoming CEO Chuck Robbins and People Officer Fran Katsoudas around our employee-wide innovation strategy.

To secure executive support, you will need to be fully prepared. You will need industry research, metrics for success, and your community lined up to persuade executives about the full value of an innovation disruption–on the culture, brand, top and bottom lines. Optimally, you need to marshal the support of top executives in each major organization.

All three of these building blocks—Tap into your community network, align with corporate priorities, secure executive commitment—are foundational to an innovation disruption throughout the entire company. Without all three, it just will not happen. You need to prove the community demands it, quantum value will result from it, and willpower from the top is behind it.

So, roll up your sleeves. Do not get discouraged and begin your journey. Remember, there are plenty of amazing people in your company who will help you through this change. You just need to discover them and bring them together.

Stay tuned. My next blog in this series will focus on three more building blocks needed to implement your own innovation disruption.

  • Don’t just take our word for it…more on security.

In Chuck We Trust

CRN made a big statement in Mark Haranas’ article, ‘In Chuck We Trust’: Partners Say CEO Robbins is Firing On All Cylinders”. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Money: 2016 has been a year of profit for our partners. A strong portfolio, more margin opportunities, and rebates on big bet offerings (software, security, digital-ready networks, SaaS) means more money flowing back into your business.
  • Portfolio: Portfolio expansion and innovation gives you more to sell and market. In Q3 we achieved double-digital growth in security, collaboration, and services. Not mentioned in the article but noteworthy is our security portfolio. Read Wendy Bahr’s blog for more on security.
  • People: Chuck is shaking things up which has led to notable leadership changes. The partners CRN talked to aren’t just positive about these changes, they applaud them.

Too frequently we catch ourselves jumping straight to the solution, direct to the final outcome without first understanding the question or problem that requires said solution. But how do we plan the steps that must be taken, acquire the appropriate tools, or understand the journey itself until we ask ourselves (and others) the right questions? I have a good friend named Jeff, whom I’ve known for several years. Since I met him, he has been the lead singer in a band, playing at various local venues and doing opening acts for medium sized groups.

Last week, Jeff and I had dinner at a spot in San Francisco. We talked about family, friends and our lives in general. When I asked him the question of, “Did you ever wish you or your band became famous?” Jeff chuckled and paused before saying, “Oren – no, I built a startup tech company, sold it and now do consulting for startups. The band is comprised of the founders of my original startup”.

This anecdote highlights the fact that we are constantly learning. While we sometimes consider ourselves experts in a specific area, brand or topic, pleasant surprises like my conversation with Jeff can happen.

Speaking with our customers, partners and distributors it’s clear to see they all are aware of our solutions in the Security space. However, many of them are not fully aware of our integrated portfolio and our deep capabilities in securing the business before, during, and after the attack.

Why is this of any value?

Because Cisco Security is winning awards. It was named Security Value Map Leader by NSS, highlighting the Breach Detection, Intrusion System and Next-Gen Firewall. In addition, Gartner placed the Intrusion Prevention System, Secure Email Gateways and Secure Web Gateways in its Magic Quadrants.

Following in suit, Cisco Security leadership has shown commitment to their strategy and direction – and industry experts agree. The SC Magazine gave Cisco its Best Security 2016 award and Best NAC Solution for ISE. The Piper Jaffrey 2016 CIO survey declared Cisco as the #1 Preferred Security Vendor.

Cisco has a high-powered Security arm. It’s the most preferred Security vendor in the industry today that you never knew about. These awards should help change your opinion on Cisco Security.

The time to tap into this business is now. Your partners and customers understand the value Cisco provides in many areas, but Security will be a revenue driver for years to come.

So now we know Cisco Security is valuable, what makes it so important and what are customers concerned with?

It’s called disruption. Networks are less secure than ever because of digitization, the Internet of Everything, the move to the cloud, and users bringing their own devices. Protection is top of mind and customers need it to stay protected.

CiscoDisti_Security_GIF

The market is dynamic, and relying solely on top of the line products is just not enough. There needs to be an integrated architecture too, and that’s what we have. Cisco is taking an architectural approach to security with best of breed products, architected to provide protection across all the attack vectors whether that’s web, cloud, email, data center, mobile.

For Distributors: Learn more about Cisco’s security strategy. Check out our new two page Security Overview, featured on Distribution Central and in the latest Distribution Reveal. Encourage your partners to share the Security Overview.

For Partners: Understand how our security solutions stop threats before, during and after attacks. And simplify the toughest security challenges and increase your security sales.

For Customers: We’ve got solutions for customers of all sizes. Get in the game and win with Cisco today.

Be sure to also check out the many security incentive programs and promotions we have to offer partners depending on their situation, and remind your partners to do the same.

Let’s keep the conversation going. Connect with me on Twitter: @OrenCisco. And, feel free to leave any questions or feedback in the comments below.

There has never been a better time for inclusion at Cisco. Starting this Sunday at Cisco Live Las Vegas, the Cisco Empowered Women’s Network (CEWN) — an employee run network participating for a fourth year — will host a series of events in support of women in technology. These events include a now sold-out main session, as well as panels, table topics and breakouts throughout the week. Customers and partners attending these sessions will get a chance to interact with like-minded peers and hear from thought leaders in IT, social entrepreneurship, academia and industry on this important issue.

Our theme this year – ‘Your time is Now – Lead. Inspire. Empower.’ – has never been more relevant. Statistics released by the National Council for Women in IT point to a 21% increase between 2000 and 2015 in the number of first-year undergraduate women interested in a Computer Science major. Certainly this trend is encouraging, but according to another report by the National Council for Women in IT, while women held 57% of all professional occupations in 2015, they represented only 25% of the computing occupations. And even fewer women are found in software development, technology leadership, or the other kinds of key roles that have a significant influence on future innovation. Clearly, there is a lot of work to be done to advance the role of women in technology.

RT & SS at #CiscoEWN 2015

Cisco leaders – both male and female – are committed to providing opportunities for training and mentorship to enable women to take ownership of their own career growth. The CWEN Cisco Live sessions will take customers on an inspiring journey, where attendees will find ways to reinvigorate their careers in technology (PNLGEN-2003), show them how to design their own CCIE boot camp (PSOCCIE-2000), as in various DevNet sessions learn new definitions of leadership, networking, innovation and success.

#CiscoEWN #CLUS 2015

In the true spirit of giving back and paying it forward, CiscoEWN has announced a social media challenge this year, encouraging video submissions to nominate extraordinary individuals who have inspired and empowered us to implement change in our own lives. Stay tuned on our social media channels to find out who the winner of this challenge is and to gather insights from this year’s amazing event. You will be a part of a community that is over 3,000 strong and made up of men and women across the industry. The excitement continues throughout the year with our Virtual Series. Follow us on our social media channels to stay up to date with all our activities throughout the year.

Check out some of our other exciting activities:

‘Reinvigorate Your Career in Technology’ Panel on Monday 7/11 @1:30 pm.

The latest event from Cisco Live is a little different from our usual #CiscoChat series. Instead of an hour-long discussion on Twitter, this one will use Periscope, Twitter’s live-streaming video application. And instead of just one event, we’re having two, of around 10-15 minutes each, covering several different topics on the subject of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Monday, July 11 at 4pm PT

CIS_218_CiscoChat_Hunger_Facebook_070516

Our first #CiscoChat will focus on accelerating Global Problem Solvers. You’ll get an inside look at the Global Problem Solvers Interactive Wall, a 10’x6’ touchscreen wall in the World of Solutions (Booth #3421) that shows how technology is changing lives around the world for the better every day. It features engaging stories of social impact from our nonprofit partners and inspiring anecdotes from Cisco Networking Academy students and instructors.

Then, we’ll show viewers how Cisco has partnered with Stop Hunger Now and Clean the World at Cisco Live to assemble meal kits and hygiene kits for people who lack the basic necessities of life. And find out how you can get involved while at Cisco Live as well, to fight hunger and poverty all over the globe!

Tuesday, July 12 at 4pm PT

CIS_218_CiscoChat_Change_Facebook_070516

For our second #CiscoChat of Cisco Live, you’ll get a virtual of tour of the Cisco Tactical Operations (TacOps) Network Emergency Response Vehicle (NERV). See how the TacOps team can be deployed anywhere in the world to provide secure and reliable satellite-based IP communications for first responders, government agencies, and relief organizations, helping them coordinate their efforts in providing relief in times of crisis.

Both chats will be moderated by Cisco’s Corporate Social Responsibility channel on Twitter and Periscope (@CiscoCSR), with special guest Katherine Toch, Senior Marketing Leader for Cisco CSR.

To participate in these events:

  • Make sure you’re logged into your Twitter account.
  • Follow the @CiscoCSR channel. They’ll post the Periscope link when they go live on Monday and Tuesday, so that you can see the live stream.
  • These events will be using three different hashtags: #CiscoChat, #GlobalProblemSolvers, and #CLUS. Search for these hashtags to see what people are saying, and tag your own tweets with one or more of them to add to the discussion, so that others can find your contributions.
  • For @ replies to a specific participant in the discussion, please use a “.” at the beginning of the tweet, so that your question or comment will appear in your public twitter feed.
  • If you need multiple tweets to answer a question, please preface each tweet with “1A, 2A,” etc. in order to make it easier for others to follow along with the conversation.

This Cisco Live event promises to be interesting and educational, as well as a lot of fun. Don’t forget to bring your own questions to the discussion! See you there!

If there’s one thing I can say about the Collaboration Technology Group (CTG), it’s that no one ever seems to sit still. There’s always something new coming along, in the works, and on the roadmap. And with multiple product areas coming together within CTG, it may sometimes feel like a blizzard. On the surface, it may seem like an avalanche of new stuff — but that’s what a “continuous delivery” model provides.

Everything we do is about continual evolution. When it comes down to it, product release cycles are becoming, well, less cyclical. Our product teams are doing two things that combine to drive the increase in our product delivery velocity:

  • Using agile methodologies in development
  • Taking a platform first vs. a product first approach

We told you we’d be delivering more, faster and sooner. We told you we’d be opening up partnership opportunities like you’d never seen before. And we are.

We’ve fundamentally changed our delivery models, the pace of development, and the ability to provide you with greater benefits. Our focus hasn’t changed: Everything we do comes together under simplifying communication, making it more intelligent and intuitive so that you can focus on your business.

So in case you’ve missed anything in the flurry of new things over the past couple months, here’s a recap:

Collaboration with Industry Peers

APIs provide a long list of benefits for product integration, whether it’s a quick custom connection or something more. Cloud-based APIs allow us to work with our industry peers to deliver connections with their products so quickly. Two recent examples are IBM and Apple.

Intelligent Collaboration with IBM: Cisco and IBM are working together, putting our collective expertise toward enhancing collaboration. How? By integrating your business conversations across all channels. We’re working to connect our collaboration and productivity technology while adding the cognitive intelligence of Watson.

Together, IBM and Cisco are building an open, integrated platform using the power of open cloud to bring together key applications. This will capture and understand far more than just documents, leveraging Watson to analyze unstructured data, content, and workflows.

Read more from Jens Meggers  and others to find out how IBM and Cisco are teaming up on cloud collaboration and communications tools.

Improved Business Experiences with Apple: We’ve been working closely with Apple since we announced our relationship last year. With the introduction of iOS 10, Apple announced great possibilities with the integration of new capabilities and APIs. Now with iOS 10, we can share some of what we’ve been doing to improve the business experience:

  • Optimized how iPhone and iPad communicate with Cisco wireless networks to connect by default and improve performance of apps, especially real-time apps
  • Created a “fast lane” that lets your IT team prioritize business-critical apps on the network
  • Brought VoIP to the iPhone and iPad. With Cisco Spark app installed on iOS 10, you’ll be able to tap a contact in your address book and instantly make a VoIP call without needing to take extra steps.

Learn more from Rowan Trollope and others about how Cisco is working with Apple to fast-track the mobile enterprise.

Spark Here, There, and Everywhere

From the new Teams feature to the expanded API set – and everything in between – Cisco Spark is a great example of our commitment to continuous development. With collaboration as important as it is to your business, it makes a lot more sense to make features available as soon as they’re out of the oven. (Much like chocolate-chip cookies, you’d rather not wait for someone else to decide when you can have them.)

Teams: The new Teams feature in addresses three of the biggest requests we’ve had from users of Cisco Spark:

  • “How do I find rooms to get added to?”
  • “How do I find people to talk to?”
  • “Can you create a way to organize my rooms?”

Anyone can create a team and then add users to it. A team can have any number of topic-specific rooms used by that team. And anyone in a team can create these “team rooms.” As a team member, I can easily see all the team rooms, check them out, and join or leave them at will. The moment a new user launches the app, they immediately discover their teammates and relevant discussions.

APIs: Cisco Spark APIs and SDKs give developers tools to transform collaboration experiences to integrate, extend, and customize those experiences. The evolution here is pretty constant, but some of the latest additions and updates include:

  • People API updates let you dynamically create a new user in Unified Communications Manager
  • Updates to the Messages API provide new Markdown support for message formatting and ability to upload local files
  • A new Teams API automates the creation of teams and provisioning rooms for teams, essentially giving you a new way to onboard users.

Cloud Video Expansion: Enable video conferencing in rooms of all sizes without infrastructure investment. Paid Cisco WebEx and Cisco Spark customers can now enable virtually the entire video room system portfolio (SX, DX, and MX Series endpoints) to register to Cisco Spark, making it easier and more cost-effective to experience pervasive video. Current availability now extends to customers in Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Availability in other countries rolls out over the next year.

On-Premises Portfolio Updates

Cisco Collaboration Systems Release 11.5 is evidence of that constant evolution, delivering many new and improved features in three primary areas:

  • Enhanced Security and Compliance: Safeguard assets while complying with regulations.
  • Improved Administrator and User Experience: Reduce time to deploy, manage, and operate.
  • Extended Collaboration: Incorporate cloud-delivered services and enable collaboration beyond organizational boundaries.

The benefits of Release 11.5 show up in multiple products across the unified communications portfolio. For example, Cisco Prime Collaboration combines essential monitoring and analytics capabilities – and comes preloaded on Business Edition 6000 and Business Edition 7000 packaged solutions.

For more detail, read “Improving Premises-based Collaboration while Embracing Cloud.”

Enhancements to Cisco VCS and Cisco Expressway build in support for Spark Hybrid Services and improve interoperability in mixed environments, including Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Skype. Meanwhile, Hybrid Services connect Cisco Spark with Cisco Expressway, which gives you the best of cloud and on-premises deployment.

Collaboration Endpoint Software 8.2 accelerates Cisco Spark registration and feature consistency across room and desktop video endpoints, among other enhancements. Key features of CE 8.2 include:

  • Cisco Spark registration across MX Series, SX Series, DX70, and DX80 endpoints
  • Collaboration Endpoint software extends to DX70 and DX80 endpoints
  • SX10 support for H.323 protocol
  • Enhancements to ease administrator functions

What’s Next?

Get used to the new pace. Keep an eye out for announcements – big ones and smaller ones. Continuous development and release also yield unexpected benefits along the way. So remember, as a certain executive might say, “you ain’t seen nothing yet.”

Watch the Collaboration Innovation Talk with Rowan Trollope, Jonathan Rosenberg, and Jens Meggers, live from Cisco Live on Thursday, July 14, at 9 a.m. Join us in person or watch online.

Cisco Live 2016 is finally here!

Planning for Cisco Live this year reminds me of the many similarities between “The King” and HyperFlex.

What does Cisco’s elvis-presley-157007_960_720next-generation hyperconverged platform and Elvis have in common? Surprisingly a lot. Elvis is one of the greatest singers of all time and is known for changing the course of music. His music style is a convergence of blues, gospel, and country that is seen as the embodiment of rock and roll.

Cisco HyperFlex Systems is also changing the course of infrastructure in data centers. HyperFlex is a new generation of hyperconvergence that provides new levels of end-to-end simplicity. It’s a complete convergence of networking, compute, and storage – built on the Cisco UCS fabric computing platform.

Since its launch in March of this year, HyperFlex has been off to a strong start, with customer adoption spanning the globe. It’s proving itself with customers in a wide range of industries including finance, health care, manufacturing and government, to name a few. HyperFlex is becoming the new infrastructure rock and roll for Cisco customers.

But don’t just take someone else’s word for it. Come to Cisco Live and check it out.

Here are some sessions to add to your Cisco Live playlist:

1. Listen to how Cisco is bringing new levels of simplicity to the modern data center

(Monday, July 11, 2:30 pm, Oceanside A, Level 2)

Liz Centoni, Cisco’s SVP/GM of the Computing Systems Product Group, will talk about the heavy lifting Cisco is doing to unify and simplify infrastructure to make life easier in the data center, with HyperFlex being the center piece of that effort. Liz will preview new levels of automation and deployment simplicity coming soon into HyperFlex. Schedule here.

2. Watch demonstrations of HyperFlex in the Cisco and Intel booths

(World of Solutions)

See HyperFlex in action by visiting the demo pod in the Data Center Zone (Cisco Campus) and Intel Booth (#2923). You will get a first-hand demo of a completely converged infrastructure management experience (network, compute, storage) as well as previews of enhanced deployment, expansion simplicity, and a tech preview of a new dashboard interface.

3.  Learn about HyperFlex from Current Customers

(Thursday, Jul 14, 8:30 a.m., South Seas G, Level 3)

HyperFlex users, Derek DePasture, Sr. Network Engineer at BluePearl Veterinary Partners and Mike Carter, Sr. Network Engineer at Ready Pac Foods, will talk about the simplicity, adaptability and efficiency they’re experiencing with HyperFlex. They’ll be joined by Cisco’s Todd Brannon, Director of Product Marketing, who will give an overview of the HyperFlex architecture and capabilities, along with recommendations about how to identify workloads in your environment that will be best suited for this technology.

Be sure to register for this session! Space is limited. The session recording will also be posted a few weeks after.

4. And Many More ways to Experience HyperFlex at Cisco Live 2016!

  • Cisco HyperFlex Systems: Crossing the Chasm in Hyperconvergence (Tuesday, July 12, 4:45 p.m., Solutions Theater East, World of Solutions)
  • Learn How to HyperFlex your Virtualization and Availability Muscles with Cisco’s Hyperconverged Systems and Veeam! (Monday, Jul 11, 2:15 p.m., The Hub, Bayside B, Think Tank)
  • Cisco Hyperconverged Computing (Thursday, Jul 14, 1:00 p.m., Breakers KL, Level 2)
  • Cisco Campus Data Center – Education Zone presentations on HyperFlex:
    • Monday, July 11, 12:30 pm – Cisco HyperFlex Systems: Crossing the Chasm in Hyperconvergence
    • Tuesday, July 12, 12:05 pm – Cisco HyperFlex Systems: Crossing the Chasm in Hyperconvergence

As you can see, there will be no shortage of ways to experience HyperFlex at Cisco Live!

I look forward to seeing you there.

P.S. Just as HyperFlex is thriving today we believe Elvis is very much alive and who knows “The King” himself may make a surprise appearance at a Cisco Live after party. 😉
