eGroup is making a strategic shift from more traditional on premises project based solutions work to offer increasingly differentiated services. I am leading efforts to build the foundational portfolio that leverages consumption models and where differentiated services such as consulting, software, big data/analytics, and cloud/managed services become more preeminent. In the interim, I have honed our current offers to ensure they are repeatable, scalable, use industry best practices, and delight our customers. In addition to the portfolio, I have been personally involved revamping the end-to-end requirements process that has integrated pre- and post-sales engineering efforts. Today, from the sales team closing with a world-class statement of work to the delivery team consultatively executing, our clients are assured that they will receive the business outcome and expected value from their investment because of our new framework and processes. Finally, I have instituted new training programs that include technical, business, and consultative components to widen the breadth of consultation our customers enjoy from our engineering resources. My vision and focus is on our clients’ needs, wants, and expectations and creating the professional excellence that solves our customers’ toughest problems.
