Here is everything we announced at Partner Summit, and how you turn it into profitable growth.
At Partner Summit in Vancouver, our Collaboration session was about winning with intelligent workplaces: what that means for your customers and for your business. The era of treating office space as just square footage is over. Today, the workplace is an active participant in how work gets done. If you missed our session, watch the replay. Here’s the recap.
The workplace is now part of the work.
The return-to-office debate is settled. Customers are now asking how to make their workplaces work better, and that’s opening up a new market:
- 1.4 billion square feet of office space comes up for renewal over the next three years.
- $45 billion in technology spend follows it, and that’s before any of the services you wrap around it.
Cisco brings networking, collaboration, devices, spaces and security together in one platform. That gives customers three things:
- Security built in. Identity, AI Defense and post-quantum cryptography are part of the platform.
- Zero-touch deployment. Rooms are provisioned in minutes, with room and desk booking, indoor navigation and Power over Ethernet.
- One place to manage it. Cisco Cloud Control, Workplace Advisor and our AI Assistants give IT a single view.
What we have announced:
At WebexOne in Austin in October, we launched more innovation than ever before. In Vancouver, we showed how it fits together. Here’s what you can take to customers now.
Rooms
- RoomOS 27 (November 2026). An agent focuses on the people who are speaking. Noise removal runs at the edge. Users can book and control rooms in natural language.
- Open platform support. Cisco devices now run Google Meet alongside Webex, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Customers choose the platform, and you sell the room.
- Ceiling Speaker Pro. Engineered to pair seamlessly with Ceiling Microphone Pro to track who’s speaking and direct audio where it’s needed. It needs one Ethernet cable, configures with AI in minutes, and is managed in Cisco Cloud Control.
- Workplace Designer (Q1 CY27). Plan floors, buildings and campuses around how people actually meet, work and move.
- Workplace Advisor and Smart Room Assurance. Validate rooms on day one, then track how each space performs.
- Collaboration in Cisco Cloud Control. Collaboration, networking and security operations in one place. RoomOS telemetry flows into Cloud Control and Splunk, and AI Canvas pulls in ThousandEyes and Meraki insights to troubleshoot across domains.
AI-Native Webex Suite
- A new AI-first Webex app. It helps people prep for meetings, organize priorities and get help in context.
- An open agent ecosystem. Cisco and third-party agents can join spaces, meetings and calls to schedule, take notes, translate and coach. MCP support lets customers bring their own AI models, with governance built in.
- Personal Agents for Webex Calling. They answer when you’re busy, work out why someone is calling and line up the follow-up.
Calling
- 99.999% reliability. Webex Calling serves more than 20 million users at this level, within more than 80 million Cisco calling users worldwide.
- Cloud Intelligence for Cisco UCM. Existing UCM customers can add Webex AI and cloud features for some or all users, with no forced migration. It’s a clear upsell into every installed base you manage.
- Translator Agent. Real-time speech translation in 10 languages, starting in controlled availability.
Customer experience
- Dialog. AI that supports the whole customer relationship, not just a single interaction.
- AI Agent 360. Test, secure, monitor and optimize AI agents, with Splunk observability and Cisco AI Defense built in.
How you win
Customers can’t build this alone. CIOs need return-to-office to work, Facilities is trying to optimize millions of square feet, and Security is facing AI-driven threats. They don’t want five vendors and a dozen dashboards. They want one platform, and they need a partner to design it.
The math:
- 3x deal size when you sell Collaboration Devices, Networking and Spaces together.
- 6x deal size when you use Spaces telemetry to bring Corporate Real Estate and Facilities to the table alongside IT.
New for partners
- Real-time adoption data in PXP, the same data our Customer Success teams use.
- New AI practice and growth playbooks
- Higher CPI rebates: another 2% in Q2, up to 19%, the highest rebate at Cisco.
- Contact Center now included in EA 3.0, so you can sell the full portfolio as one EA 3.0
- A new logo promotion that has already driven $140 million in calling pipeline.
- The Activate the Workplace promotion, a simpler way to position the full solution.
These sit on top of the broader Cisco 360 updates from Vancouver, including bigger ACV growth rewards, doubled Adopt incentives and new deal economics tools. See the full Cisco 360 announcement.
The Acceleration Playbook
We built a leave-behind for the session. The Acceleration Playbook covers training, programs, sales plays, adoption and renewals, organized by Contact Center and AI, Suite, and Devices.
Three things to do this quarter
- Download the Acceleration Playbook and share it with your sales and presales teams.
- Pick one account where you already sell networking or collaboration, and bring the full story: devices, networking and Spaces together.
- Register your teams for Engineering PVT, the Global Roadshows and Black Belt training.
