Last week, I had the opportunity to spend quality time with partners, customers and Cisco sellers at our 10th Annual Contact Center Summit. The event kicked off with exciting announcements around our industry-leading Webex Contact Center and certainly set the tone for an amazing week in Miami, Florida.
On the heels of our Contact Center announcements comes further innovation from our Collaboration team. I’m thrilled to share details around additional announcements that will enable collaboration without compromise though extended security packs, expanded user experiences and an enhanced Control Hub meetings dashboard. We have also made several enhancements to Webex Meetings, UCM Cloud, Jabber 12.7, Webex Board Services, Webex Share and more across the platform.
As work becomes more complex and distributed, organizations are seeking solutions that allow them to leverage the cloud to deliver global experiences and to remove friction points and security concerns – especially as collaboration extends beyond company boundaries. Together, these innovations enable these delightful customer experiences while scaling with the organizational needs of our customers. I know that that through the power and scale of our partner community we can address this $20B+ market and make collaboration more secure than ever.
