Trent is the Head of the Cisco Talent Bridge program – an initiative focused on connecting our Cisco Channel Partners and Distributors with diverse pools of talent. A key mission of the program is to help partners with their employee lifecycle; sourcing, recruiting, hiring, developing, incenting, and diversifying talent. He’s been with Cisco since 2017 and has helped grow the program and its flagship platform, the Matching Engine, a tool used by many organizations within Cisco and outside to connect talent to jobs.
Before his life at Cisco, he spent 15 years working for a Cisco Gold Channel Partner in the United States primarily the VP of Professional Services. During his time at the partner, he also established an internal recruiting team and an external Staffing Practice.
Born and raised out on the east coast of the US, he’s living life large with his family and pursuing his passions outside of work.
