Sheena Hensen

Sheena is a Customer Success Manager for Webex within the US Commercial space. She’s passionate about enabling customers to be successful with Webex and helping them transform their business. She brings over 5 years experience with Cisco products from working in Cisco’s customer advocacy labs to Telepresence TAC to Webex Customer Success. In her spare time she’s interested in network security, spending time with her family, all things Harry Potter, traveling, and being a Disney fanatic.
