Sandy Hoffman

No Longer with Cisco

As Cisco’s Chief Diversity Officer, Sandy Hoffman facilitates the global Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) board, which sets the I&D agenda and strategy for Cisco. Her team develops the strategic plan for I&D cross-functionally and for Cisco’s external diversity partnerships, transforming policy to create environments that fuel innovation and market leadership.

As well as being a spokesperson for encouraging and advancing a pipeline of diverse talent, particularly in the area of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields, Workplace 2020 and the future of the workplace, Hoffman is spearheading new research into workplace advocacy initiatives.

Hoffman holds a Bachelor of Science degree and various management and leadership certificates, and is a Cornell University Certified Diversity Professional Advanced Practitioner.
