Manufacturing - CPG and Life Sciences Industry Lead

Randal Kenworthy is a Director in Cisco’s Business Transformation team, leading the CPG and Life Sciences vertical practices. Mr. Kenworthy has over twenty years of management and consulting experience focusing on strategic planning, product strategy, market research, business process re-engineering, and systems implementation. He has both broad and deep consulting experience working for clients in the CPG, Life Sciences and High-tech manufacturing industries across multiple geographies including Europe, South America and Asia.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Kenworthy has advised four primary stakeholders:

• CIOs: Designing, measuring and delivering IT solutions to improve profitability

• VP Engineering: Helping optimize R&D and Product Development Lifecycles

• VP Manufacturing: Developing next generation manufacturing plant strategies and architectures

• VP Marketing: Understanding market opportunities and developing product strategies

Prior to Cisco , Randal was a founder and Practice Leader for Wipro’s Product Strategy & Architecture (PSA) Practice responsible for driving global growth and delivery. In this role, Mr. Kenworthy was responsible for identifying, selling and delivering strategy and technology consulting projects to Global Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Kenworthy was also a global leader for Ernst & Young’s management consulting practice and a systems analyst for Hewitt Associates.

Mr. Kenworthy received his MBA from Yale University, and his BA from the Carroll School of Management - Honors Program at Boston College
