Lisa Fretwell is a senior director in the Cisco Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), specializing in the retail and consumer products industries. IBSG works with many of the world's leading companies to help them to help them use technology to accelerate transformation within their industries.

Lisa brings more than 15 years of experience from the European retail and consumer products industries. Working at the board level, she has a track record of providing advisory services and helping businesses deliver significant business transformation programs. Within Cisco she specializes in collaboration, mobility and cross channel shopping experiences.

Prior to joining Cisco, Lisa was a vice president at Cap Gemini, where she was instrumental in developing the Retail and Consumer Products practice in the United Kingdom. She was responsible for market and business development, client delivery, and thought leadership. Before Cap Gemini, Lisa worked for Procter & Gamble and International Performance Textiles in a variety of operational and project leadership roles.

Lisa has an honors degree in chemical engineering from Birmingham University, United Kingdom, and an MBA from Cranfield University, United Kingdom.
