Jason is Vice President of Cisco’s Global Partner Value Acceleration organization, where he leads a team that drives comprehensive global channel strategies with tens of thousands of Cisco Partners. The partner value acceleration organization is dedicated to unifying partner strategies, elevating partner capabilities, and incubating partner ecosystems to fuel innovation and growth. This includes leading teams across Networking, Data Center Networking, Compute, Observability, IoT, Internet Infrastructure, and Ecosystem Co-Innovation. Jason’s adept ability to fuse business vision, financial expertise, and advanced technologies is a trademark of his initiatives. His outcome-based leadership and focus on profitable business growth have led to his success at Fortune 50 companies. Jason has been recognized as Channel Chief by CRN beginning 2022 through 2025. Previously, he was named one of the Top 100 under 50 Executive Leaders by Diversity MBA magazine. He has been a prominent and frequent speaker for Cisco global partner events, analyst conferences, industry activities, and a contributor to thought leadership publications and social media. Jason is the co-founder of the Alpha Phi Alpha Endowed Scholarship at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has traveled the globe visiting partners in over 21 countries, and successfully harnessing best practices from various businesses and cultures. Jason received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Engineering Management from the Washington State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Additionally, he loves tinkering with his golf swing and a thoughtful game of chess.
