Kicking off the second year of the Cisco Customer Achievement Awards in Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China (APJC) feels special. Last year, we introduced the Cisco Customer Achievement Awards to the region. This year, our costumers continued to raise the bar with even more truly impressive nominations demonstrating how they are effectively employing Cisco technology in their organizations.

These awards honor organizations turning bold ideas into measurable outcomes. Our finalists are building AI-ready infrastructure, reimagining how their people work, strengthening resilience across their digital operations, and reducing the environmental impact. The awards also recognize the people behind the progress, from the Cisco Insiders who share their expertise with our community to the CX heroes who champion Cisco Services. Together, they show what is possible when innovation and partnership come together.

Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony at Cisco Live Melbourne on Monday, November 9^th,  2026

This year’s program reflects how much our customers have grown. We introduced two new honors, the AI Visionary and Sustainability Changemaker awards, and selected 27 finalists across nine categories from nearly 70 nominations. Congratulations to all finalists!

AI Visionary

The AI Visionary Award celebrates organizations turning AI ambition into measurable results, from sovereign AI infrastructure and GPU-as-a-Service to AI that helps run the network and the business itself.
