Michelle Tschudy brings more than 20 years of experience in Healthcare and Information Technology in her professional background. At Cisco, Michelle is responsible for the development and execution of Cisco Healthcare Service Marketing programs for the Americas. Michelle is passionate about helping customers and the Healthcare industry transform processes by leveraging technology to improve the quality of patient care and business outcomes.

Prior to joining Cisco, Michelle worked at Sun Microsystems as a Project Manager responsible for gathering requirements from Fortune 500 Healthcare customers for a digital archive product. The product was focused in the Healthcare industry and retrieved digital images such as Xrays and medical records in a storage system. Michelle has also provided years of non-clinical patient care services at Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center. She also has special Healthcare related competencies including HIPAA security and privacy training. Michelle has a proven record in Information Technology, business and held positions with direct responsibility in account management, sales, business development, marketing, services and program management. Additionally, she has certifications in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), Project Management (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) in additional to an MBA.
