DevNet Panel – Network Programmability and Using DNA to Automate, Simplify and Secure Your Network – DEVNET-1036
http://cs.co/90088JTbO
As part of DevNet IoT panel, various Cisco IoT groups are coming together to discuss the role Cisco IoT plays in broader IoT business. We will also discuss Cisco’s strategies for sensor connectivity, Edge processing, and Cloud IoT.
We will share more details as we get closer..
Open Source, Does it Pass the Sniff Test? Join our distinguished panel in Berlin for DEVNET-1034 (http://cs.co/90078JTb3), where we explore the transformational impact of open source projects and foundations, particularly in cloud computing and networking (e.g. OpenStack, OpenDaylight, OPNFV, FD.io, PNDA). How does one decide if open source is the right choice for their application or platform, which project(s) best meet their needs, and how to engage successfully with the open source community. Toss your burning questions at our panelists as they share experience and insights that can help you navigate the open source landscape.
In the DevNet Zone, while we are all about helping you learn, code, inspire, and connect – we are also all about fun! From the DevNet Zone Challenge to beer and popcorn, we are excited to help you dig in and start your coding and #DevNet journey. We are here to help!
We are often asked, where do you start? Start your journey by looking at the DevNet sessions by technology in the Session Scheduler. Many times people start with a panel to hear an overview and industry advice, then they dive into a classroom or hands-on workshop. Start making your plan here: http://www.ciscolive.com/emea/learn/sessions/content-catalog/?showEnrolled=false&search.sessiontype=devnetzone
For me on a personal note, my journey is including the DevNet Women in Tech Sessions. And they are open to EVERYONE! There are 2 sessions (Cisco Spark and Intro to IoT) offered on both Monday and on Friday. I’m signing up for these – what better way to dig in and get started. I’m psyched!
Cisco Live is always a great learning event. There are lots of experts to learn from. My favorite zone, DevNet. If you are in Europe, register. You won’t regret it.
Great job keeping everyone informed about DevNet happenings as CLEUR, Silvia!
