CX Announcements to Enhance Our Partners’ Growth & Profitability

Today, I’m thrilled to share with our partners CX announcements that can help them ignite profitable growth.

  • Expanded Business Critical Services (BCS) Portfolio: Broader package options, more training, and increased delivery flexibility will drive growth and profitability for our partners. Help our customers create an adaptive, resilient, and transformative IT environment. Now available globally.
    • New Premier Tier: Premier empowers large enterprises, service providers, and public sector customers with the right amount of intelligence and guidance when and where they need it. Adding the new Premier tier to Essentials and Advantage tiers helps our partners swiftly adapt and deliver ideal solutions to meet customer needs of every size and industry.
    • New BCS Specialized Expertise with Flexible Delivery Options: Specialized Expertise provides organizations with the resources they need to create a highly adaptive and skilled workforce. Partners can choose to create, augment, deliver or resell BCS services to customers. We are giving our partners the flexibility they have been asking for.
  • New simplified, digital experience with CX Cloud and PX Cloud: Our new digital front door to CX for our customers with CX Cloud and for partners with PX Cloud. With PX Cloud, partners can leverage Cisco telemetry and insights to uncover new opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle. Success Track for Campus Network, powered by CX Cloud, is the first offer available. PX Cloud and beta APIs will be in limited availability in December 2020.
  • Enhanced CX Incentives: We have exciting partner promotions and rebates for Cisco Business Critical Services, Success Tracks and Solution Support.

These additions to our CX Success Portfolio and incentive programs will help our partners grow, innovate and win. The Cisco CX portfolio fits every customer need, adding more value and making it easier to sell and purchase.
