As director of data science since 2014, Sanjiv Patel plays a leadership role in Cisco’s company- and partner-wide digital transformation. With the goal of making Cisco thrive as a digital business in today’s consumption-driven market, he serves in a cross-functional capacity – spanning sales, marketing, engineering and other disciplines.

Sanjiv develops and implements groundbreaking analytics models that build greater success and deeper understanding for Cisco, its customers and collaborators.

Together with his team, he uses real-time connected data, analytics and automation to enable Cisco sellers and partners to deliver a powerful, personalized experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
