I work closely with The Cisco Insider Advocates customer advocacy community on everything from podcasting, content planning, recruitment strategy, and building personal relationships with our customers. I'm captivated by understanding what people care about, how they think, and what gets them to act. I closely and curiously observe the trends that our society participates in to derive what we find valuable.
