Jesal (Dholakia) Gandhi is part of the Cisco Talent Marketing team. Her focus centers on talent attraction to support hiring ramps and fostering talent affinity. Previously she consulted for Cisco Talent Bridge and Cisco Networking Academy, focusing on candidate facing initiatives as well as cultivating partner relationships. She's been with Cisco since 2014 and spent the bulk of her time in the CSR organization and transitioned into the Join and Connect organization in 2022. Prior to consulting for Cisco, Jesal worked as a contractor in the hospitality and tech industries. She also co-managed a family-run newspaper for 16 years. Her educational background is focused on social behavioral sciences and technical writing. She approaches problems with a researcher's mindset and relies on her artistic side for creating solutions. Her goals in life revolve around being a good human, raising good humans, and helping other humans.
