Isabella Yani serves as the Chief of Staff to Cisco’s Chief Customer and Partner Officer Jeff Sharritts. Isabella’s role is to help scale the multi-year Go-To-Market transformation and strategic growth efforts across the company by leading cross-organization collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team and the Sales and Marketing Leadership Teams. With 18 years of industry experience, Isabella brings extensive expertise in customer-facing and partner-facing sales, sales leadership, and strategic planning across all customer segments, industries, and partnership types. She has held several leadership roles across Cisco’s sales and partner organizations. Immediately prior to this role, she served as the head of Global Partner Managed Services Sales Acceleration, where she led a team focused on growing partner managed services offerings around the globe. Prior to that, she led Enterprise and Service Provider sales at AppDynamics. Before that, she was the Chief of Staff and Director of Business Development and Sales Operations for the Americas Partner Organization. She’s been a Regional Sales Manager in SLED, a Partner Sales Leader, a Partner Account Manager, and began her Cisco career as an Account Manager in Commercial and US Public Sector. Isabella is passionate about investing in female tech talent. She served as the regional leader for Girls Power Tech, a mentor for Cisco ElevateHER, and volunteers at her local high school to mentor female STEM students. She is dedicated to community service through Habitat for Humanity and has helped build eight Cisco-sponsored homes in the Phoenix Metro Area. Isabella is a multi-year CRN Women of the Channel honoree, a 2021 CRN Women of the Channel Power 100 recipient, a featured Cisco blogger, and a sought-after conference speaker. Isabella lives in Arizona with her husband, their two children, and two dogs. She is an avid reader, dedicated yogini, and loves outdoor sports like surfing, skiing, and road cycling.
