Ido Glazer is responsible for customer communications for Cisco’s Integrated Service Routers (ISR) product line. He joined Cisco in 2010 after more than 15 years in the telecommunication and IT industry, bringing experience from his background in international technical support, training and pre-sales.

Ido has a B.S. Business and several technical certifications, mainly from the wireless and mobile industry. He currently lives in Sunnyvale with his wife, and his favorite pastime is to play with his son.
