Hoa Tran

As part of the Social Innovation Investments (SII) team, Hoa contributes to Cisco’s CSR work, primarily developing and implementing employee-engaged grantmaking programs. Prior to joining Cisco, Hoa worked in the nonprofit sector as a Program Officer, consulting with private and corporate donors to develop and facilitate giving programs. Hoa has over twenty years of experience working with direct service nonprofit organizations and foundations (family, community, and corporate), including demonstrated expertise in program development, management, evaluation, philanthropy, and grantmaking. She holds a master’s degree in International Relations and Nonprofit Management from UCSD.
