Cisco Solutions Marketing

Greg Smith is a Senior Marketing Manager for Cisco’s solution marketing team focused on hybrid work outcomes. In this role he leads a sales-focused portfolio marketing organization with global campaign responsibilities across network, security, and collaboration. Prior to joining the solutions marketing group, Greg spent over 25 years focused on the service provider industry - engineering, selling, and promoting carrier-class solutions to cable, mobile, and telco operators across the globe. Greg served two terms in the New Hampshire House of Representatives where he served on the House Science, Technology, and Energy committee. Representing two towns on the Massachusetts border, he was a passionate advocate for bringing broadband access to rural areas of New Hampshire to drive economic growth and economic opportunity. While originally from in Silicon Valley, Greg has earned a BSEE from Auburn University, an MSEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Diplôme de Spécialision in Telecommunications from Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité in Metz, France.
