Denzil Samuels leads Cisco’s Global Customer Experience (CX) Partner Success and is responsible for ensuring Cisco's partners are successful in delivering Cisco services to their customers globally. Before Cisco, Denzil served as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing for ServiceSource, where he was responsible for worldwide go-to-market and growth acceleration in sales, strategic partnerships, account management, marketing, branding, communications, and learning. Denzil’s career in technology spans more than 35 years across software, telecom, industrial, and aerospace industries, and he has played a vital role in driving pivotal transformations. He has held multiple senior executive positions, including Global Chief Channel & Alliances Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE); Global Head of Channels of Alliances, Business Development and Ventures at GE Digital; and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Partners Solutions at Salesforce. Denzil studied Electronic Engineering at London’s Southall College of Technology. He also holds an honorary doctorate in management from Colorado Technical University. Denzil serves on the board of regents of the Augustine Institute, Denver, and is a past President of the Denver chapter of Legatus. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Ave Maria University and chairs the governance committee. Denzil grew up in London and has lived and worked in France, Germany, Hong Kong, and Saudi Arabia. He resides in Naples, Florida, with his wife and they have four adult children. Denzil enjoys downhill skiing, music, fine wine, and classic cars.
