Brielle Mayle

Brielle Mayle is a creator, provider, teacher, coordinator, storyteller, fixer, and generalist for Cisco Capital Global Operations. She joined Cisco in 2014 after graduating from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She started as a Partner Relations Manager in Cisco Capital and now leads Global Initiatives and Projects in her role as a Global Financial Operations Leader. Brielle is very passionate about the success of Cisco Capital, aiding Global leaders to communicate and achieve results in their regions, aligning strategies, and identifying inconsistencies and implementing process improvements. She tries to find new and creative ways to approach topics, train, teach, and connect the intricate dots and scenarios that unfold in Capital on an everyday basis. Over the course of Brielle’s career at Cisco, she has become a generalist for Cisco Capital. For many years, she was a global ambassador for Capital Operations on top of her everyday role and responsibilities. She has completed a couple of stretch assignments. One being with the Enablement & Learning Team (F.K.A. Learning & Development). She continued this stretch assignment from 2019-2023. In more of a consultant role, she was able to partner with the Enablement & Learning team to create the content and training to meet the needs of both Financial Shared Services and Cisco Capital Operations. Brielle led Global Capital Team members to successfully implement brand-new Global Quality Assurance teams in the multiple roles available in Cisco Capital. This was collaboratively through the tool, Qualtrics, which Brielle was an early adopter. Brielle completed her Executive MBA from The University of North Carolina – Wilmington in 2019 and her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2023. She plans to pursue her Six Sigma Black Belt certification next. Brielle became the RTP PRIDE Chapter co-lead in 2024 and enjoys implementing, elevating, and promoting crucial initiatives and programs for the Cisco Pride community. After work, you can catch Brielle at the gym or in various sports such as rugby, volleyball, golf, boxing, rock climbing or tennis. Brielle enjoys trying new restaurants and cuisines. She also enjoys cooking and hosting friends at her house. She has one gray tabby cat named Nayla.
