I would like to start out by sharing my deepest thanks and congratulations on a successful quarter. It was a fight, and like early 20th Century author Robert Collier said, “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” Our combined efforts which we repeated day in and day out over the past three months have led to a strong quarter of growth amidst the harsh realities we have faced the last eleven months.
