On a typical day, it’s barely 9 a.m. and the issues are already rolling in to the help desk: Wi-Fi complaints, app login issues, device onboarding errors, and tickets flooding the queue. Each problem represents lost productivity, frustrated users, and teams stretched thin managing multiple tools.
But that was yesterday’s problem. Our unified networking platform, powered by AgenticOps, cuts through the complexity to simplify operations, embed security end to end, and assure every digital experience.
This week at Cisco Partner Summit, we’re announcing a major expansion to the Cisco Networking platform. The platform now unifies global visibility, expanded cloud management and cloud-managed fabric, and multilayered assurance—delivering agility and intelligence for seamless operations across cloud and on-premises environments.
See more and act faster with unified network management
By mid-morning, there’s still no shortage of business-critical tasks. But today, there’s no firefighting.
The team logs in to the Meraki dashboard for a global view of all their Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst Center networks in one place, with network health at a glance, alerts prioritized, and actions just one click away.
For years, customers have asked for unified visibility across Meraki cloud and Catalyst Center on-premises networks—and now, it’s here. The new Meraki and Catalyst Center Global Overview delivers:
- Global visibility: Monitor your global network deployment across Meraki and Catalyst Center organizations in a single place, with real-time health and aggregated alerts across sites.
- Secure, seamless operations: Use secure SSO to seamlessly navigate across cloud and on-premises environments without switching tools.
- Faster resolution: Identify issues faster from one dashboard and seamlessly transition into Catalyst Center for troubleshooting and rapid resolution.

For organizations operating primarily on premises, we’re continuing to evolve Catalyst Center alongside our cloud innovations—adding deeper automation, richer visibility from Catalyst Center Global Manager, and the flexibility to scale enterprise wide.
And since the platform is built on open APIs and the extensible Cisco Networking App Marketplace, you can extend automation and insights into your own systems and integrate with third-party tools across AIOps, NetOps, and SecOps to proactively automate and resolve network issues.
Scale and secure campus environments
By noon, the focus shifts to expansion across the campus and branch. That’s where scalability meets simplicity.
We’re continuing to extend cloud management across the networking portfolio—bringing next-generation Wi-Fi 7 access points, secure routers and Unified Branch automation toolkits, and identity-based access control with Cisco Access Manager. And it’s all managed through the Meraki cloud dashboard for unified visibility and security across every part of the network.
For large campuses, we’re introducing powerful switching capabilities that pair secure enterprise performance with the simplicity of cloud orchestration.
- Cloud-managed fabric: Streamline management of large sites with cloud-managed fabric that unifies Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks into a single logical entity. This solution abstracts device-by-device management to create a scalable and secure architecture that deploys on top of your existing infrastructure with just a few clicks.
- Cloud management: Scale with flexibility with cloud management for IOS XE-based switches, including Cisco Catalyst 9200, 9300, and 9500 Series Switches, plus the new Cisco C9350 and C9610 Series Smart Switches.
- Powerful switching features: Access capabilities like BGP, VRF, StackWise Virtual, and In-Service Software Upgrades on cloud-managed, IOS XE-based devices to power advanced use cases for organizations requiring greater control and resilience in complex environments.

Deliver reliable performance with assurance
It’s 3 p.m., and the help desk is quiet. Continuous testing monitors every connection, identifying and resolving issues before users notice—shifting operations from reactive firefighting into proactive issue prevention.
Multilayered assurance provides a clear view of network health and user experience across owned and unowned environments. This helps you pinpoint and fix problems faster and more precisely, for exceptional performance at scale.
- Gain end-to-end visibility: ThousandEyes is integrated into the Meraki dashboard for real-time application and network performance visibility across access, WAN, cloud, and internet. So you can instantly identify what’s impacting digital experiences, even for unowned networks.
- Optimize client connectivity: Client360 lets you visualize real-time and historical client health with AI-powered correlation across Meraki, Catalyst, and ThousandEyes for faster resolution of client connectivity issues.
- Accelerate issue resolution with AI: Intelligent Capture and AI packet analyzer speed up insights and troubleshooting, transforming massive datasets into clear insights for faster resolution.

AgenticOps into action
As the day winds down, the team isn’t waiting around for problems—they’re working proactively and more productively with new AgenticOps capabilities.
AgenticOps is how Cisco turns intelligence into action through Cisco AI Canvas, Cisco AI Assistant, and Agentic Workflows. AI Canvas is a new multiplayer, cross-domain experience with a generative UI. Powered by the Cisco Deep Network Model and purpose–built for networking from decades of Cisco expertise, it makes network operations and troubleshooting smarter, faster, and more autonomous.
Cisco AI Assistant transforms network management by bringing natural language intelligence directly into the Meraki dashboard, helping troubleshoot, optimize, and automate network operations faster. You no longer need to dig through logs or toggle between tools—you can simply request:
- “Tell me the security events in my network”
- “Troubleshoot connectivity issues for client [MAC address] and provide next steps”
- “Create a new wireless SSID and deploy it across both Meraki and Catalyst Center networks”
AI Assistant instantly surfaces the right insights, recommends actions, and summarizes crucial data—redefining what AI tools can do by automatically triggering workflows to execute multistep tasks on behalf of the user. With Agentic Workflows integrated into the Meraki dashboard and embedded in AI Assistant, each automation is repeatable, tested, and validated for your network environment. You can also leverage a catalog of prebuilt, Cisco-validated workflows, continuously updated and ready to deploy—no coding required.
The result: higher productivity, fewer errors, and more time to focus on strategic projects that move the business forward.
