Today, we recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of our customers in the EMEA region by highlighting three who have been selected to receive a 2023 EMEA Cisco CX Customer Hero Award. These awards are presented to CX customers to celebrate their stories of innovation and inspire others with their incredible successes.

These customers were selected from many nominations from across the region and we are honored to recognize them today!

 

EMEA Hybrid Work Innovator Award: Allianz

This award is presented to a customer that has achieved tremendous success with their hybrid work initiatives through collaboration with Cisco CX.

Allianz is one of the leading integrated financial services providers worldwide. They have partnered with Cisco CX to achieve their business objectives including network stability and automation of key processes. They have collaborated with Cisco Business Critical Services over a variety of architectures to provide the best possible hybrid work experience for their employees.

 

EMEA Digital Transformation Trailblazer Award: BBVA

This award showcases a customer that has successfully accomplished an impressive digital transformation through a partnership with Cisco CX.

BBVA is one of the largest financial institutions in the world. Over the last few years, BBVA has undergone a huge digital, multi-architecture transformation. They have become known for being an innovator in their industry, using leading-edge technologies to achieve great outcomes. With Cisco Business Critical Services, they were able to increase service availability and reliability, while reducing human errors through automation in the provisioning and operational processes, greatly improving their customers’ experience.

 

EMEA CX Customer Hero of the Year Award: BT

This top award recognizes a customer that has undergone an amazing digital transformation through collaboration with Cisco CX and continues to innovate with CX Cloud.

BT is one of the world’s leading communications services companies. The connections they make are helping solve the world’s biggest challenges including the global pandemic, climate change, and cyber security. Cisco CX has assisted BT in its initiative to transform offices throughout the UK and the world and has collaborated with BT to ensure wide adoption. BT is also participating in the Cisco CX Cloud Beta program to provide feedback and contribute to product innovations.

We created the CX Customer Hero Awards to recognize the incredible work our customers are achieving in their industries. We thank our 2023 EMEA winners for their continued support and partnership with Cisco CX, and we’re looking forward to seeing what else can be accomplished – together, as we embrace the possible.
