Wes Sylvester leads Cisco’s Industry Solutions Group. In this role, he is responsible for industry direction, vision, messaging, and growth. Wes’ team covers marketing, business development, sales, and cross-architecture solutions across all industries. Wes has almost two decades of focused experience leading and building global marketing and sales teams at the director and VP level for major industry players including Cooper/Eaton, Siemens, and Philips/Signify. Wes holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MSOE in Milwaukee, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership. Wes and his family love living in Seattle, where you’re likely to find him on a hiking trail in his free time.
