Rob Paris is the Director of SLED East. His team of Engineering Leaders and Systems Engineers are focused on state and local governments, healthcare, colleges and universities, and K-12 schools in 25 states. Rob leads a team of 100+ people. This business is worth more than $2B annually to Cisco. As a 20+ year Cisco Veteran Rob has had leadership and engineering roles in the Commercial, Enterprise and Channel organizations within Cisco. Rob started his career working for Anixter a networking channel partner and worked for Lockheed Martin as contractor on classified projects for the CIA. Rob holds an Electrical Engineering degree and an MBA. Rob lives in Pittsburgh with his wife Julie and his 2 teenage boys Ari and Judah. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, hiking and working on home projects.
