Ritul Shukla is currently working as a Program Manager for Cisco Black Belt Academy. She is leading some of the major Projects including Black Belt Partner Listening Survey, FY23 October Refresh and SalesConnect Modernization for Black Belt.
As a part of her journey, Ritul started her career as an Operations Engineer but her keen interest in strategizing and planning landed her into Project/Program Management in last 7 years. In a very short span with Cisco within few months Ritul has contributed and created an impactful influence on the process improvement in PMO. She has a very balanced approach towards her projects and provides constructive feedback that helps in continuous improvements. Public Speaking comes naturally to her so delivering training sessions, product and service demonstrations and organizing knowledge sharing sessions for Black Belt intrigues her the most.
