Luxy Thuraisingam is a scientist, storyteller, and leader working in the technology space, who sees the marketing landscape from a fresh perspective to meet emerging customer and partner needs with unique solutions. As Head of Global Partner Marketing and Small and Medium Business for Cisco, she’s invested in helping the sales and partner ecosystem drive immediate results, while laying the foundation for future growth. Her team uses a data-driven approach to build best-in-class global marketing programs across traditional and digital routes to market. Luxy joined Cisco in 2019 as the leader for Canada Growth Marketing where she helped transform the culture and delivered exceptional business results. When the pandemic hit, Luxy proved success in increasing vertical relevancy, resulting in her role expanding to also include the Americas Industry team. A seasoned marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience, Luxy spent much of her career in B2B and B2C leadership positions in technology and financial services organizations. A key to her success is developing high-performing leaders who bridge data and real-life applications to re-imagine go-to-market marketing operations at scale. She also believes diversity in culture and thinking is the foundation of organizational success and leads by example through inclusion.
